Peach Overnight Oats with Yogurt and Honey

Updated: Oct 12

Peach is hands down my favorite fruit. The moment they show up at the market, I start slipping them into everything — from savory salads to baked desserts… and of course, breakfast. This peach overnight oats recipe is one of my go-to summer routines. It’s cold, creamy, naturally sweet from the fruit, and takes just five minutes to prepare the night before.

I make it in a small jar and enjoy it as-is, or with a spoonful of muesli or a few nuts on top for crunch. The texture is soft but not mushy, and the grated peach melts into the oats in the best way.

Whether you’re prepping breakfast for the next day or just want something refreshing and filling on a warm morning, this is one of those little jars that never lets you down.

Ingredients

For 1 serving:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup milk (any kind you prefer)

  • 2 heaping tablespoons plain Greek-style yogurt

  • 1 small ripe peach, grated

  • 1 tea spoon honey (optional, depending on how sweet your peach is)

  • A small pinch of salt

Instructions

In a small jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, grated peach, salt, and honey if using.

Stir well to combine everything evenly.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, give it a good stir. Add your favorite toppings — I like a spoonful of muesli or a sprinkle of seeds for texture.

Enjoy cold, straight from the fridge.
