No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Updated: Aug 31

This No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake, or Mozaik Pasta, holds a special place in our hearts. Over the Easter weekend, my two little ones and I made it together, with their tiny hands eagerly helping every step of the way. They were thrilled to break the biscuits into chunky pieces (just the way they love it!) and mix everything together with so much excitement.

Lately, they’ve become quite curious in the kitchen, and I adore sharing these simple, no-bake recipes with them. Mozaik Pasta is a beloved classic in Turkish households, and now it carries a beautiful memory for us too.

It might not be perfect, but it’s ours—crafted with love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. 🍫

Ingredients

  • 200 g petit beurre biscuits or tea biscuits

  • 150 g dark chocolate, melted

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 100 ml whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or a package of vanilin (optional)

Instructions

Break the biscuits into small pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, mix the melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, sugar (if using), and vanilla until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits and gently fold until all pieces are coated.

Transfer the mixture onto cling film, form it into a log or rectangle, and wrap tightly.

Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

Slice and serve cold. Enjoy!
